On 10:21AM, November 28th, 2009, the 16th H2A rocket was launched at Tanegashima. H2A rocket have an Optical satellite. The launch succeeded, and went into the satellite orbit safely. Development and the manufacturing cost of this satellite are about 49 billion yen. This Optical satellite have spec that even the one of 60 centimeters on the ground can be distinguished.
